Jumpus Maximus: Fired Up🐦🔥

Jumpus Maximus: Fired Up🐦🔥 is the reformer-and-jumpboard combo that will have your heart racing, muscles screaming, and probably a few expletives flying (in a good way). Think of it as your favorite action movie🎥—only you’re the hero🦸🏻♀️🦸🏻, and the only thing blowing up is your calorie count. It's fun, a little saucy, and so high-energy, your Fitbit will need a nap after.😅
This class offers a full-body workout featuring five-minute intervals that alternate between jumping and targeted exercises. It effectively combines cardio and strength training for a comprehensive total body and fat-burning experience. Additionally, the jumpboard workout promotes an anabolic state, allowing the body to burn calories efficiently.
